Phase #1:
Summary of Progress

What to Expect as a Client:

Shortly after accounts have been opened and transfers completed, we provide an update on the status of your new accounts, transfers, and investment changes.

We also use this time to set up a screen share with you and our Client Service Associate to assist with setting up your online login and customizing your profiles.

Phase #2:
Get Organized

One of our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals will meet with you to acclimate you to your personalized planning website. This includes a more detailed overview of your financial dashboard, our budgeting tool, and secure document storage.

We take the time to organize and review your planning documents such as insurance policies, estate documents, previous tax returns, etc. This allows us to ensure appropriate insurance coverages, look for possible cost savings, ensure your estate plan aligns with your wishes, and customize our tax recommendations based on your unique situation.

Additionally, we gather contact information to establish relationships with your CPA and estate attorney.

Phase #3:
Customized Next Steps

The following meetings are tailored to your specific needs and will take a deeper dive into the areas that are most relevant to you. The most common areas of exploration are legacy planning, tax strategy, insurance analysis, college planning, and budgeting.

Annual investment and planning meetings are customary and will be tailored to your individual needs. In addition, we are happy to meet with you on an as-needed basis to address any questions, concerns, and updates.
