Lance joined Compass Wealth Management in 2020 after working at a large investment firm, which led him to a deeper interest in the wealth management profession. In his role as a Wealth Manager, his focus is on investments, portfolio strategy, and developing comprehensive financial plans for our clients.

Lance's passion lies in assisting individuals in aligning their finances with their personal values and creating a roadmap to help them achieve their goals. He greatly appreciates Compass' commitment to serving as a true fiduciary, providing unbiased and fee-only advice.

Lance earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College. Additionally, he holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, signifying his fulfillment of rigorous education, experience and ethical requirements in the field of delivering financial planning services to clients. 

Lance lives in Danielsville with his wife Savannah.
